DE DENOMINATIES
Het is echt vreselijk van wat de denominaties hebben aangericht. Ja het is echt heel erg geweest. Er was een oud-burgemeeester van Den Haag die hier nog eens een landelijk telefoonnummer heeft geopend waarop Nederlanders melding konden doen. De telefoon stond rood gloeiend. De dwnominatie mensen waren echt vreselijk schijnheilig en hebben velen mishandeld.
De naam van een zogenaamde God was werkelijk de duivel van Satan en De Haat in de mens.
Gelukkig is hier heel veel protest op gekomen.
We zien dat bij bekende mensen zoals
Robert Long,
Leen jongewaard,
Annie MG Schmidt
en nog vele anderen.
De wereld stond op zijn kop.
Er werden masale protesten uitgevoerd.
Er werden wereld festivals georganiseerd
ten behoeve van de rechtstelling
de jeugd maakten zich zeer ongeliefd en werden allemaal langharig tuig genoemd
er kwamen films, musicals I nog veel meer uit
Mensen die allemaal hun protest lmoesten laten zien of laten horen
THE DENOMINATIONS
It's really awful of what the denominations has done. Yes it was really bad. There was a former mayor of The Hague who once again opened a national telephone number to which Dutch people could report. The phone was glowing red.
The dwnomination people were really terribly sanctimonious and mistreated many.
The name of a so-called God was really the devil of Satan
and The Hate was in man.
Fortunately, this has attracted a lot of protest.
We see that in famous people like
Robert Long,
Leen young man,
Annie M. G. Schmidt
and many others.
The world was turned upside down.
Mass protests were carried out.
World festivals were organized for the benefit of justice
the youth made themselves very unloved
and were all called long-haired scum
movies, musicals and many more came out

Voor mij is er altijd een fantastische Italiaanse filmmaker geweest met de naam Federico Fellini, een zeer belangrijke artiest voor mij. Iemand die in zijn films met de fantastische muzikant Nino Rota keer op keer de naoorlogse situatie en de grote misstanden in de wereld, ook in Italië, aan de kaak heeft willen stellen.

Deze groep sprak me vanaf het begin heel erg aan, zien we hier immers niet het fantastische samengaan van beeld, muziek, dans en woord? Alles dat de stichting Bando voor wil staan. zie www.stichtingbando.nl Deze vorm van presentatie die mij gegeven werd vanuit de Friese stad Leeuwarden. En hoe kwam ik erbij om dit tot me te nemen? Ik weet het niet meer. Alleen dat ik als enigste van mijn familie hier helemaal door geraakt kon worden en ja misschien mijn moeder ook wel. En was het niet juist de allergrootste aantijging tegen alle denominaties die immers ook heel Belgie in zijn ban wilde nemen. Oh God dank u dat u mij deze openbaring heeft willen geven!

"Mistero buffo" è stato un programma che ha fatto la storia della televisione italiana e segnò il ritorno "in pompa magna" di Dario Fo e Franca Rame sul piccolo schermo dopo alcuni lustri di ostracismo comminato loro dai vertici di viale Mazzini a seguito di una conduzione non troppo ortodossa di "Canzonissima". Al di là di come la si possa pensare poiticamente, l'opera teatrale di Fo è immensa ed è diventata un patrimonio della cultura italiana tutta. In questo programma - siamo nel 1977 alla vigilia, dunque, del compromesso storico - la verve satirica di Dario Fo colpì a tutto tondo prediligendo, come era ovvio, i bersagli politicamente più "appetitosi" - Fanfani ed Andreotti ad esempio - senza, però, tralasciarne altri come, ad esempio, la stessa magistratura oggi portata sugli scudi dal centrosinistra ma, in quegli anni, messa all'indice in quanto "rea", secondo molti, di aver "insabbiato" troppe inchieste inerenti le stragi ed il terrorismo. Ma, oltre alla satira politica, Fo e la Rame contestualizzarono, attualizzandole, delle rivisitazioni di alcune opere di qualche secolo addietro ; le "messe in scena" di "Bonifacio VIII" e dello "Zanni", ad esempio, ovvero la riproposizione del grammelot di molieriana memoria le quali sono diventate pagine leggendarie della storia del teatro e della cultura del nostro paese. Per quanto possa sembrare paradossale l'unica nota stonata e "datata" della programmazione è il "pubblico". Ci si rende conto, cioè, del fatto che son passati oltre trent'anni non certo per le rappresentazioni di Dario Fo o della Rame ma per come si vestiva l'auditorio che fungeva da contorno ed affollava i teatri di mezza Italia al seguito dei due artisti ; non ho potuto non ricordarmi, guardandoli, alcune delle prime strofe del brano di Giorgio Gaber "Quando è moda è moda". In allegato la sigla di apertura. Le musiche erano del maestro Fiorenzo Carpi.

"Mistero buffo" was een programma dat de geschiedenis van de Italiaanse televisie schreef en markeerde de terugkeer "met veel tamtam" van Dario Fo en Franca Rame naar het kleine scherm na een paar decennia van uitsluiting die hen werd toegebracht door de leiders van viale Mazzini na een niet al te orthodoxe uitvoering van "Canzonissima".
Ongeacht hoe je het poëtisch zou denken, Fo's theatrale werk is immens en is een erfenis geworden van de hele Italiaanse cultuur.
In dit programma - we zijn dus in 1977, aan de vooravond van het historische compromis - maakte Dario Fo's satirische verve een alomvattende indruk, waarbij hij, zoals duidelijk was, de voorkeur gaf aan de politiek "appetijtelijkere" doelen - Fanfani en Andreotti bijvoorbeeld - zonder echter anderen buiten beschouwing te laten, zoals bijvoorbeeld dezelfde rechterlijke macht die nu door centrumlinks wordt uitgeoefend, maar in die jaren volgens velen verboden was als "crimineel", omdat hij te veel onderzoeken "in de doofpot heeft gestopt" over bloedbaden en terrorisme.
Maar naast politieke satire, contextualiseerden en actualiseerden Fo en Rame sommige werken van een paar eeuwen geleden; de "enscenering" van "Bonifacio VIII" en "Zanni", bijvoorbeeld, of de heropleving van de grammelot van Molieriaanse herinnering die legendarische pagina's zijn geworden in de geschiedenis van het theater en de cultuur van ons land.
Hoe paradoxaal het ook mag lijken, de enige dissonante en "gedateerde" noot van programmeren is het "publiek".
Met andere woorden, men realiseert zich dat er meer dan dertig jaar zijn verstreken, zeker niet door de optredens van Dario Fo of della Rame, maar door de manier waarop het publiek zich kleedde, dat als bijgerecht diende en de theaters van de helft van de Italië volgt de twee kunstenaars; Toen ik ernaar keek, herinnerde ik me enkele van de eerste verzen van Giorgio Gabers lied "When it's fashion it's fashion".

"Mistero buffo" was a program that made the history of Italian television and marked the return "with great fanfare" of Dario Fo and Franca Rame to the small screen after a few decades of ostracism inflicted on them by the leaders of viale Mazzini following a not too orthodox conduction of "Canzonissima".
Regardless of how one might think it poetically, Fo's theatrical work is immense and has become a heritage of all Italian culture.
In this program - we are in 1977, therefore, on the eve of the historic compromise - Dario Fo's satirical verve made an all-round impression, preferring, as was obvious, the politically more "appetizing" targets - Fanfani and Andreotti for example - without, however, leave out others such as, for example, the same judiciary now brought to bear by the centre-left but, in those years, banned as "criminal", according to many, of having "covered up" too many investigations concerning the massacres and terrorism.
But, in addition to political satire, Fo and Rame contextualized, updating them, revisitations of some works from a few centuries ago; the "staging" of "Bonifacio VIII" and "Zanni", for example, or the revival of the grammelot of Molierian memory which have become legendary pages in the history of theater and culture of our country.
As paradoxical as it may seem, the only discordant and "dated" note of programming is the "audience".
In other words, one realizes that more than thirty years have gone by, certainly not because of the performances of Dario Fo or della Rame, but because of the way the audience dressed, which served as a side dish and crowded the theaters of half of Italy following the two artists ; I could not help but remember, looking at them, some of the first verses of Giorgio Gaber's song "When it's fashion it's fashion".

Ook dus een zeer bijzondere Italiaanse kunstenaar Dario Fo had zich met het verhaal Mistero Buffo bezig willen houden. Het toeval wil dat ik contact heb gehad met een zeer goede vriend van Dario Fo. Dit was Frans Roth, de oprichter van het zogeheten Piccolo theater in Amsterdam. Hij vertaalde alle stukken van Dario Fo in het Nederlands en heeft mij ook nog willen helpen om een vertaling te gaan doen van de barbiere van Sevilla in de versie van Giovanni Paisiello.

So also a very special Italian artist Dario Fo had wanted to occupy himself with the story Mistero Buffo. Coincidentally, I have been in contact with a very good friend of Dario Fo. This was Frans Roth, the founder of the so-called Piccolo theater in Amsterdam. He translated all the pieces by Dario Fo into Dutch and also wanted to help me to do a translation of the barbiere of Seville in the version of Giovanni Paisiello.
